How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and add your favourite piece to cart. Checkout is quick and easy — just the way it should be.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our pieces go into production shortly after an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How will I know my order was placed successfully?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us!

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide — Canada, USA, and internationally. Because culture has no borders.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order, so please allow some time for production plus delivery. Estimated times are:
🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
🇺🇸 USA: 5–10 business days
🌍 International: 10–20 business days
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges 🌸
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. However, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right.
Sizing 🖤
How do your pieces fit?
Our hoodies are oversized with a drop shoulder fit. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the best fit.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes and prefer a more fitted look, size down. If you love the oversized feel, go with your usual size or size up.
